目前各电视台的调解类节目如雨后春笋般层出不穷,受到了观众们的欢迎。但其也存在诸如节目取材范围偏窄、对参与者私人隐私保护不够、调解过程说理不充分、解决纠纷不彻底等问题。急需拓宽节目取材范围、加强隐私保护、强化说理、加强台前和幕后的工作衔接等,以便彻底解决纠纷。
At present, the mediation programs of various TV stations have mushroomed and are welcomed by the audience. However, there are some problems such as narrower range of programs, insufficient protection of participants’ private privacy, inadequate mediation process and incomplete settlement of disputes. There is an urgent need to broaden the coverage of programs, enhance privacy protection, strengthen reasoning and strengthen the interface between the front and backstage work so as to thoroughly resolve disputes.
