“富强、民主、文明、和谐,自由、平等、公正、法治,爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”24字社会主义核心价值观,承载着我们的民族、我们的国家的精神追求,体现着社会评判是非曲直的价值标准。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,是新时期赋予学校立德树人的新要求新任务,也是新时期立德树人的必由之路。为进一步增强中小学德育的时代性、规律性、实效性,教育部于2014年4月颁发了《教育部关于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观进一步加强中小学德育工作的意见》,明确把立德树人作为教育的根本任务,将培育和践行社会主义核心价值观作为中小学德育的主旋律,并指出了培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、加强中小学德育工作的努力方向。本刊特邀请教育部基础教育一司王定华司长就教育部《意见》精神和2015年教育部相关工作要点进行解读,以飨读者。
“The core values of socialism are the richest, democratic, civilized, harmonious, free, equal, fair, rule of law, patriotic, professional, honest and friendly. They carry the spiritual pursuit of our nation and our country, Judgment is the meritorious value standard. To nurture and practice the core values of socialism is a new and new task assigned to the school by the Lutheran people in the new era and the only way to develop the Lutheran people in the new era. In order to further enhance the morality, regularity and effectiveness of primary and secondary schools, the Ministry of Education issued the ”Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Cultivating and Practicing Socialist Core Values and Further Strengthening Moral Education in Primary and Middle Schools“ in April 2014, As the basic task of education, Takushu people regard cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism as the main theme of moral education in primary and secondary schools. They also point out the direction of efforts to cultivate and practice the core values of socialism and strengthen moral education in primary and secondary schools. We hereby invite Director Wang Dinghua, the chief of the Basic Education Department of the Ministry of Education, to interpret the ”Opinions" of the Ministry of Education and the relevant work points of the Ministry of Education in 2015 in order to readers.
