去年,我到德意志联邦共和国学习、了解他们心理学与教育学的教学工作,也接触到一些家庭教育方面的问题。我们到了不少德国朋友的家里,只要是有小孩的家庭,在花园里都有那么一排让孩子进行体育锻炼的架子。不少人家还有一个用塑料膜制成的、近似于洗澡盆的圆形物,比餐馆的大圆桌略大一些,可充气放水,让小孩在其中嬉水游泳。不用的时候,将水放掉折起就行了。家长们对游泳和其他各种体育锻炼都很重视,所以,“洋娃娃”们长得都很结实、健壮。是不是由于他们条件好、有花园洋房才如此重视呢?我认为并不如此。我们在慕尼黑电教中心挑选带回国的教育影片时,我就选了一部名叫《一、二、三,谁来一起玩》的影片,里面所拍的主要就是家长如何从各个方面创造条件从小就对孩子进行体育锻炼的内
