近年来许多患儿死于原发病引起的多脏器系统功能衰竭(MOSF)。我院自1980年～1990年共收治支气管肺炎43886例,死亡924例,病死率为2.1％。尸检224例,均因合并MOSF死亡,分析如下。
In recent years, many children died of multiple organ system failure (MOSF) caused by the primary disease. Our hospital from 1980 to 1990 were treated a total of 43886 cases of bronchial pneumonia, 924 deaths, the case fatality rate was 2.1%. Autopsy of 224 cases, both due to merger MOSF death, analysis is as follows.
