目的 探讨CD15mRNA及其蛋白、CD44v6和nm2 3H1的mRNA表达与鼻咽癌 (NPC)临床意义及其相关性。方法 应用免疫组化和原位杂交CSA方法 ,检测 6 5例NPC中CD15mRNA及其蛋白、CD44v6和nm2 3H 1的mRNA表达 ,结合临床病理指标及随访病例进行研究分析。结果 在NPC中CD15mRNA及其蛋白、CD44v6和nm 2 3H1的mR NA表达阳性率分别为 44.6 %、40 %、47.7%和 5 2 .3 %。CD15mRNA及其蛋白、CD44v6mRNA阳性表达和nm2 3H1mR NA阴性表达与NPC原发病灶分期和淋巴结转移均呈正相关 ,患者 5年内复发转移率高 (P <0 .0 1) ,5年存活率低 (P <0 .0 5 )。CD15mRNA与其蛋白表达和CD44v6mRNA表达呈正相关 ,与 2 3nmH1mRNA表达呈负相关。结论 (1)NPC中CD15mRNA表达与CD44v6和nm2 3H1的mRNA表达具有调节和负调节的协同作用。 (2 )CD15、CD44v6和nm 2 3H1的mRNA均可作为预测NPC转移、复发和评估预后的重要生物学指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD15 mRNA and its protein, CD44v6 and nm2 3H1 mRNA expression and the clinical significance of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization (CSA) were used to detect the mRNA expression of CD15mRNA, CD44v6 and nm2 3H 1 in 65 cases of NPC, and to analyze the clinicopathological parameters and follow-up cases. Results The positive rates of mR NA expression of CD15 mRNA and its protein, CD44v6 and nm 2 3H1 in NPC were 44.6%, 40%, 47.7% and 52.3%, respectively. The positive expression of CD15mRNA, CD44v6mRNA and nm2 3H1mRNA were positively correlated with the primary staging and lymph node metastasis of NPC. The recurrence and metastasis rate of 5-year (P <0.01) and the 5-year survival rate of patients <0 .0 5). CD15mRNA and its protein expression and CD44v6mRNA expression was positively correlated, and 23nmH1mRNA expression was negatively correlated. Conclusions (1) The expression of CD15mRNA in NPC has a synergistic effect of regulation and negative regulation on the mRNA expression of CD44v6 and nm2 3H1. (2) The mRNA of CD15, CD44v6 and nm 2 3H1 can be used as important biological indexes to predict the metastasis, recurrence and prognosis of NPC.
