第一章.总则第一条.中国企业管理协会价值工程研究会(简称中国企协价值工程研究会)是中国企业管理协会所属的一个专业性研究会,是以价值工程理论研究和实践应用为目的的社会性学术团体。第二条.本会的宗旨是,在中国企业管理协会的直接领导下,根据党的路线、方针、政策,遵循四项基本原则,坚特“百花齐放、百家争鸣”的方针,团结全国从事价值工程理论和实践工作者,为提高我国的价值工程研究与应用的技术水平,提高我国企业的经济效益,促进企业管理现代化服务。
