白喉系一种急性传染病,其病死率較高,世界各国均有流行,在我国的发病率近年来有增高趋势,几乎每年都有散在病例的发生,本报告系对某县某公社自一九六二年八月下旬至十月中旬发生的106例白喉患者的初步流行病学分析。此次白喉暴发开始于八月下旬,疫情发生最早于东××村王××一家,該家小孩八月二十一日去西建安看电影,四天后其大女十六岁
Diphtheria is an acute infectious disease with a relatively high case fatality rate and is endemic in all countries in the world. The incidence of diphtheria in our country has been on the rise in recent years with scattered cases occurring almost every year. A preliminary epidemiological analysis of 106 patients with diphtheria occurred in late August to mid-October 1992. The outbreak of diphtheria began in late August, the earliest outbreak occurred in the village of East × × Wang × ×, the child went to Xi’an on August 21 to watch movies, four days later, her eldest daughter was 16 years old
