一、抓认识,积极争取领导的关心支持 近几年,我们从抓认识入手,采取多种形式,深入贯彻实施《档案法》。宣传国家及省部有关档案方面的方针政策和规定,积极开展机关档案工作上等级、企业档案工作认证、调查研究和检查指导等活动,争取各级领导、各部门和机关广大干部的关心支持,为交通档案工作创造了良好的外部环境。一是建立领导责任制,把档案工作纳入工作目标。省厅把档案工作列为机关工作的重要组成部分,厅长办公会每年都专门研究档案工作。同时,作为主管部门的办公室,把档案工作纳入了办公室主要工作日程和工作目标,每年都多次研究档案工作,每次全系统办公室主任会议,都对系统档案管理工作提出要求。厅直单位和市地交通部门也基本建立了领导责任制,并且成立或加入了档案协作组;二是各级领导和各部
