介绍了吴泾热电厂通过对ＲＰ８６３ 型中速磨煤机导向风环面积改造及一次风量调整，在现有条件下按给定的运行方式，磨煤机石子煤量可从原来的０．３ ％ 降至０．０５ ％ 以下。按锅炉实际运行工况计算，每台炉每年可以减少直接经济损失约３３ 万元。
