目的:考察不同产地猪牙皂中刺囊酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.5%磷酸二氢钾溶液(72:28)(磷酸调pH 3.2),流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:215nm。结果:刺囊酸在0.048 5~0.97 mg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 7)浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为96.6%;RSD为1.46%。结论:该法简便,准确,重复性好,为猪牙皂的进一步开发和利用提供科学依据。
Objective: To investigate the contents of echinocystic acid in different regions of pig tooth soap. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.5% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (72:28) (adjusted to pH 3.2 with phosphoric acid) by using Agilent ZORBAX-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) , Flow rate: 1.0 ml · min -1, column temperature: 30 ℃, detection wavelength: 215 nm. Results: Echinacid acid has good linearity in the range of 0.048 5-0.97 mg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 7) with an average recovery of 96.6% and a RSD of 1.46%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, providing a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of porcine tooth soap.
