终身教育体系的建立、学习型社会的形成呼唤社区教育的发展。电大作为我国现代远程教育开放大学,其社会化、开放性的特点以及在办学系统、资源、技术、管理、模式等方面具有的独特优势,为电大服务社区教育创造了有利条件。福建电大自2001年开始参与社区教育,在电大参与社区教育的方式、模式、体制、机制等方面进行了实践和探索,取得了初步的进展和成效。
The establishment of a lifelong education system and the formation of a learning society call for the development of community education. As the open modern university in our country, its characteristics of socialization and openness as well as its unique advantages in schooling system, resources, technology, management and mode, TVU has created favorable conditions for serving the community education. Since 2001, Fujian Radio & TV University has taken part in community education and conducted its own experiments and exploration in ways, modes, systems and mechanisms of TVU’s participation in community education. Preliminary progress and results have been achieved.
