一、前言 离子交换工艺已在我国约30个钨冶炼厂应用,各厂年产能为100~2000吨APT。不管采用哪种钨原料,离子交换工艺都以粗钨酸钠溶液为原料液。使用钨精矿时,一般只经吸附、洗涤、蒸发结晶便可得到合格APT产品。使用钨中矿时,需在吸附后加淋洗除杂操作,大部分工厂可得到优质产品;也有一些工厂产品中常出现As、Sn、Mo含量过高的情况。个别使用黑钨精矿的工厂,不时出现铁、钙、镁、钠、钾、钼等超标的现象。
I. Introduction Ion exchange process has been applied in about 30 tungsten smelters in our country. The annual capacity of each plant is 100 ~ 2000 tons of APT. No matter what kind of tungsten raw materials, ion exchange process are crude sodium tungstate solution as raw material solution. The use of tungsten concentrate, generally only by adsorption, washing, evaporation crystallization can be qualified APT products. The use of tungsten ore, the need to add leaching after adsorption cleaning operation, most factories can get quality products; there are some factory products often appear As, Sn, Mo content is too high. Individual use of tungsten ore plant, from time to time there iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, molybdenum and other excessive phenomenon.
