孕妇在怀孕期间所发生的或者第一次出现的糖尿病就称作为妊娠期糖尿病,简称为GDM(gestational diabetes melli-tus)。GDM是孕妇在怀孕过程中,中晚期最为经常出现的症状,从而可以导致多种并发症的出现,导致后期孕妇的难产和婴儿围生儿病的出现。我医院做GDM筛查工作自2011年5月份至今,对其孕妇确诊为妊娠期糖尿病的患者进行系统的管理和围生期间的观测,已经对预后和生产结局得到了不小的改善。
