针对企业复杂设备停产后面临的售后服务时长确定和备件末次采购等相关问题,以生产商售后服务利润最大化为目标,研究由备件供应商、设备生产商和消费者所组成的服务供应链,以期在求得最优的售后服务时长的基础上再确定备件末次采购量。通过构建相关决策模型进行数值分析,发现在给定的研究时间范围内相关命题假设得到验证。
In order to determine the length of after-sales service and the last purchase of spare parts after the suspension of production of complex equipment, the company aims to maximize the profits of manufacturers after-sales service, and studies the service supply chain composed of spare parts suppliers, equipment manufacturers and consumers. With a view to obtaining the optimal length of after-sales service, the final purchase amount of spare parts will be determined. By constructing relevant decision models for numerical analysis, it was found that the relevant propositional hypotheses were validated within a given study time frame.
