近日,陕西省咸阳市为了切实提高广大农民的科 技文化素质和生产经营水平,不断增加农民收入,由市 农民科技教育培训中心组织有关人员对全市3690个 行政村的主导产业进行深入细致调查摸底的基础上。 制定了《咸阳市农村科技骨干培训计划》,以市农业局 文件形式下发各县区市,全面启动全市农村科技骨干 培训工作。
