案由:票据利益返还纠纷福建省惠安第六建筑工程公司石狮分公司(下称惠六建石狮分公司)于2004年11月11日将01092771 (以下简称A)号的银行承兑汇票背书转让给原告龙岩市天宇第一水泥厂(下称天宇水泥厂),该汇票金额为人民币25万元,出票日期为2004年11月6日,到期日为2005年2月4日。但直到2006年12月21日,持票人仍未向石狮市工商银行提示付款。惠六建石狮分公司乃于2006年12月21日向福建省石狮市人民法院申请公示催告,石狮法院受理后对该汇票进行了公示催告,并向石狮工行发出
