随着经济社会的不断发展和进步,人们已经逐步进入到了一个全新的经济时代,使得全球经济逐渐一体化、知识化、科技化,促使经济发展不断得到提升,而管理价值在企业经济管理中的重要性也就愈加凸显。为了满足社会经济的发展需求,作为企业中的管理者应不断创新经济管理模式中的方式方法,例如引进柔性管理模式以及人文管理模式等,其中柔性管理模式最突出的特点则是有针对性的体现出新形势所需的管理特征,更能够科学合理的运用柔性管理的优势来顺应新时代的发展需求,并且能够极大程度的提高企业整体工作效益。本文通过对柔性管理的涵义和特征进行简要分析和概括,并阐述柔性管理在企业经济管理中的重要性,为促进企业发展提供些许建议。
