铸铁生产是机械工业的重要生产环节,能耗较大,在整个机械工业的能耗中占有很大的比重。因此,在铸铁生产中降低能耗以节约能源,就具有重要意义。本文仅根据国内几个厂项的资料和若干国外数据,来初步探讨我国当前铸铁生产的节能问题,以供参考。一、能源构成与能耗国内铸铁车间采用的能源主要有焦炭、电、油、煤及煤气,此外还有水、氧气、电石、木柴等。能源构成见表1。
Cast iron production is an important production link of the machinery industry, which consumes a large amount of energy and accounts for a large proportion of the energy consumption of the entire machinery industry. Therefore, reducing energy consumption in the production of cast iron to save energy is of great significance. This article only based on several domestic items of data and a number of foreign data, to initially explore China’s current iron production of energy-saving issues for reference. First, the energy composition and energy consumption Domestic iron workshop with the main energy sources are coke, electricity, oil, coal and gas, in addition to water, oxygen, calcium carbide, firewood and so on. Table 1 shows the energy composition.
