Nantong City, near the sea, the geographical position is extremely advantageous, in 1984 was listed as one of 14 coastal open cities. The reform and opening up brought great vitality to this port city. In order to meet the needs of reform and opening up as well as the development of an outward-oriented economy, we conscientiously study and implement the overall planning of the “two six directives and the implementation of the post and telecommunications” formulated by the Central Secretariat and the State Council in line with the principle of “ Jointly building ”the principle of developing postal and telecommunications, actively seek the support of local governments and make full use of local governments
