解放军北京某医院从2007年4月开始对传染病进行网络直报。收集2007年5月1日至2009年5月31日2年间各科室的传染病报告卡,与“医院信息系统”中出院患者疾病谱数据进行对比,发现在收卡的数量、报卡的时效和填卡的准确度等方面均较前有较大程度的提高。因此网络直报系统的建立,在提高了疫情报告时效性的同时,也提高了医务人员临床传染病报告卡填报的合格率,减少了漏报率和迟报率,但也存在少量填写不规范等问题,针对存在的问题提出了相应的改进措施。
