铁矿石价格上涨和铁矿石定价机制变化使得我国钢铁企业面临重重压力。在阐述国际铁矿石定价规则变化、我国铁矿石供需状况以及铁矿石定价权缺失对钢铁企业及后续产业影响的基础上,运用产业理论和博弈方法,研究了铁矿石供需双方市场势力、双方在各自行业内的合谋与博弈以及行业联盟是否形成等问题,最后提出了提高我国钢铁企业海外铁矿石定价权的对策建议。
Iron and steel prices and iron ore pricing mechanism changes make China’s iron and steel enterprises are under heavy pressure. On the basis of expounding the changes of international iron ore pricing rules, the supply and demand of iron ore in our country and the lack of iron ore pricing power to the iron and steel enterprises and the follow-up industries, using the industrial theory and the game theory, this paper studies the market forces of both the iron ore suppliers and the suppliers , The two sides in their respective industry collusion and the game as well as the formation of industry alliance and other issues, the final proposed to raise iron ore pricing power of iron and steel enterprises in China’s countermeasures and suggestions.
