职高教学相对普高而言,更加注重学生的技能培养,更加直接与职业挂钩,面向就业。在职高的三年学制中,要求必须有一年是就业实习。但现实的情况却不容乐观,很大一部分学生在实习阶段不适应岗位,没能真正收到实习的效果、体现实习的目的。究其原因,就是技能不过关,缺乏良好的职业人格。该文以汽车修理专业为例,分析职高实习生在技能和职业人格两方面缺陷的成因,以便今后在教学和实训中有针对性地解决问题。
Vocational teaching is relatively high in general terms, pay more attention to student skills development, more directly linked with the occupation, for employment. In a three-year vocational high school system, there must be a year of employment internship. However, the reality is not optimistic. A large part of students are not fit for the job in the internship stage, failing to really receive the effect of internship and reflecting the purpose of internship. The reason is that skills do not pass, the lack of a good professional personality. This paper takes automobile repair specialty as an example to analyze the causes of defects in vocational and technical trainees in terms of skills and professional personality so that problems can be solved in teaching and practical training in the future.
