目的了解某地中学生的健康素养状况,为进一步开展中学生健康素养研究提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法从某县随机抽取一所初中和高中,根据年级分层,在各层中随机选取学生共483人,采用统一制作的问卷进行现场调查,并用χ~2检验对数据进行分析。结果中学生健康素养具备率为25.96%;基本健康知识和理念知晓率为68.51%,初中生和高中生之间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.36,P<0.001);健康生活方式与行为形成率为45.32%;基本健康技能掌握率为25.96%,初中生和高中生间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.19,P<0.001)。结论中学生健康素养亟待改善,应加强学校健康教育工作,努力提升中学生健康素养水平。
Objective To understand the health literacy status of middle school students in a certain area and provide a scientific basis for further research on health literacy of middle school students. Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling method was used to randomly select a middle school and a high school from a county. According to the stratification by grade, a total of 483 students were randomly selected from all the strata. Field surveys were conducted using a questionnaire of uniform production. Analyze the data. Results The rate of health literacy among middle school students was 25.96%. The awareness rate of basic health knowledge and concept was 68.51%. There was a significant difference between junior high school students and high school students (χ ~ 2 = 14.36, P <0.001). Healthy lifestyles and behaviors The formation rate was 45.32%. The rate of basic health skills was 25.96%. There was significant difference between junior high school and high school (χ ~ 2 = 12.19, P <0.001). Conclusions The health literacy of middle school students needs to be improved urgently. Health education in schools should be strengthened to improve the level of secondary school students’ health literacy.
