1柴油机调速器的作用(1)使拖拉机工作时,不论负荷变大还是减小,喷油泵能自动改变供油量,保持柴油机相对稳定的转速。(2)根据工作需要,使柴油机能以不同的油门位置工作,控制供油量,保持所需的不同转速范围。(3)限制柴油机的最高转速和最低转速,防止发生“飞车”事故或自行熄火。2调速器的检修小型拖拉机柴油机的调速器有飞球式和飞锤式两种形式,使用一段时间后,应对调速器技术状态进行检查、调整及修理,以保证调速器工作可靠。
