针对侧斜井施工过程中易发生井塌事故这一现状 ,研究了大庆油田侧斜井上部嫩江组n3~n4地层岩性性质及井壁失稳机理。通过室内和现场试验对修井液处理剂 :高聚物絮凝剂、防塌剂、降滤失剂等进行测试、优选 ,确定了侧斜井修井液密度 ,并复配出M 10 1防塌修井液。现场试验证明 ,该修井液具有独特的流变性 ,抑制防塌效果好 ,性能稳定 ,滤失量低且与地层配伍性好 ,携砂能力强 ,保证取套侧斜施工顺利进行。
Aimed at the status of well prone to collapse during the construction of side inclined shaft, the lithology of n3 ~ n4 strata and the instability mechanism of wellbore in Nenjiang Formation in the upper inclined shaft of Daqing Oilfield were studied. Through laboratory and field tests, the workover fluid treatment agent: polymer flocculant, anti-collapse agent, fluid loss agent, etc. are tested. Preferably, the density of workover fluid for side inclined well is determined and M 10 1 Collapsible workover fluid. Field tests show that the workover fluid has unique rheological properties, good anti-collapsible effect, stable performance, low filtration loss, good compatibility with the formation and good sand carrying capacity, ensuring smooth sideways slope construction.
