校企合作已成为当前我国高校促进内涵发展和企业创新能力提升的重要举措。目前我国高校校企合作联盟可大致分为国家工程研究中心、大学科技园、校企联合人才培养、企业技术中心四种典型模式,主要存在缺乏完善的保障制度、权益分配和风险投资机制尚不成熟、科技中介机构与人才匮乏等方面的问题。通过争取政府的政策支持、推进风险投资机制的建立、重视高素质管理团队建设等途径,进一步推动校企合作更深层次的发展。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises has become an important measure for promoting the development of connotation and enhancing the innovation ability of enterprises in our country. At present, the alliance of universities and enterprises in colleges and universities in China can be roughly divided into four typical models: National Engineering Research Center, University Science Park, joint training of school-enterprise and enterprise technology center. There are mainly lack of perfect guarantee system, and the distribution of rights and interests and venture capital mechanism are not yet Mature, science and technology agencies and lack of personnel and other issues. Through striving for the government’s policy support, promoting the establishment of a venture capital mechanism, attaching importance to the construction of a high-quality management team and other means to further promote the further development of school-enterprise cooperation.
