以水为溶剂,对甲苯磺酸和十二烷基苯磺酸钠为支持电解质,采用电化学方法制备了聚吡咯(PPy)空心微球。运用扫描电镜(SEM)对产物的微观形貌进行了表征,发现十二烷基苯磺酸钠的用量对产物的形貌有很大的影响。运用傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)对产物的结构进行了表征,结果表明,对甲苯磺酸根和十二烷基苯磺酸根离子已经掺杂到聚吡咯分子链上。对聚吡咯进行了交流阻抗谱(EIS)的研究,结果表明聚合电压和聚合时间对EIS曲线有很大的影响。
Polypyrrole (PPy) hollow microspheres were prepared electrochemically by using water as solvent, p-toluenesulfonic acid and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as supporting electrolytes. The morphology of the product was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It was found that the amount of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate has a great influence on the morphology of the product. The structure of the product was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that p-toluenesulfonate and dodecylbenzenesulfonate ions have been doped into the polypyrrole molecular chain. Polypyrrole was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results showed that the polymerization voltage and polymerization time greatly influenced the EIS curve.
