王德升,吉林省吉林市人,现年68岁。1949年毕业于东北大学经济系。从1950年开始任教于中国人民大学,现任该校会计系教授和硕士研究生导师,以及国际内部审计师协会会员、中国内部审计学会常务理事、北京市审计学会副会长等职。王先生长期从事会计和审计的教学与研究工作,取得了丰硕的成果。公开出版的主要著作有六部,发表学术论文三十余篇。在教学方面讲授过的课程有:会计原理、商业会计学、商业企业经济活动分析、西方会计
Wangde Sheng, Jilin City, Jilin Province, now 68 years old. In 1949 graduated from Northeastern University Department of Economics. Since 1950, he has been teaching at Renmin University of China. Now he is a professor of accounting department and a master’s tutor in the university. He is also a member of International Institute of Internal Auditors, standing director of China Institute of Internal Auditing and vice president of Beijing Audit Association. Mr. Wang has long been engaged in teaching and research in accounting and auditing and has achieved fruitful results. Publicly published six major books, published more than thirty academic papers.
