在混有固定比例焊剂431、硼酐和冰晶石的Fe55合金粉末中添加Mn、B4C和SiC,采用中频熔敷技术在42CrMo钢基体上制备Fe基合金熔敷层。通过硬度正交试验,确定最优的Mn、B4C和SiC添加比例,并分析Mn、B4C和SiC对熔敷层性能的影响。结果表明,添加Mn、B4C、SiC的Fe基合金熔敷层,其硬度可达62.6 HRC;当Mn、B4C、SiC的添加量分别为8.0%、2.5%和5.5%时,熔敷层的硬度和耐磨性最好。
Mn, B4C and SiC were added to the Fe55 alloy powder mixed with a fixed proportion of flux 431, boric anhydride and cryolite, and the Fe-based alloy cladding layer was prepared on the 42CrMo steel substrate by using the medium frequency welding technique. Through the orthogonal experiment of hardness, the optimal proportion of Mn, B4C and SiC was determined, and the influence of Mn, B4C and SiC on the properties of the cladding was analyzed. The results show that the hardness of Fe-based alloy can reach 62.6 HRC with addition of Mn, B4C and SiC. When the addition amounts of Mn, B4C and SiC are 8.0%, 2.5% and 5.5% respectively, the hardness And the best wear resistance.
