目的高校食堂卫生情况事关全体师生员工的身体健康与饮食安全,了解南昌市高校消毒食(饮)具中洗涤剂残留状况。方法对南昌市内8所高校食堂的消毒食(饮)具进行了抽样,使用SKALAR SAN++四通道连续流动分析仪,用氯仿萃取亚甲基蓝与十二烷基苯磺酸钠反应生成的盐,萃取液在650 nm比色,检测餐具中十二烷基苯磺酸钠残留量。结果十二烷基苯磺酸钠溶液的浓度为0.02 mg/L~1.0 mg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 7,方法最低检出限为0.001 9 mg/L。方法的精密度为1.80%~4.42%,回收率为95%~104%。本法所测定的结果与国家标准方法所测定的结果差异无统计学意义。结论与传统亚甲基蓝分光光度法相比,该方法快速、准确、灵敏度高,避免有毒试剂对检测人员造成慢性伤害,节约试剂,适用于大规模样品的检测,值得推广应用。
Objective The health situation of canteens in colleges and universities is related to the health and dietary safety of all teachers and students, and the status of detergents in disinfecting food and drink in universities and colleges in Nanchang. Methods The samples of disinfecting food (drinkware) from 8 colleges and universities in Nanchang were sampled. Using SKALAR SAN ++ four-channel continuous flow analyzer, the salt formed by the reaction of methylene blue and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate was extracted with chloroform. Results When the concentration of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate solution was 0.02 mg / L ~ 1.0 mg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7 and the lowest detection limit was 0.001 9 mg / L. The precision of the method was 1.80% ~ 4.42%, the recovery was 95% ~ 104%. There is no significant difference between the results measured by this method and those determined by the national standard method. Conclusion Compared with the traditional methylene blue spectrophotometry, this method is rapid, accurate and sensitive. It avoids chronic injury caused by toxic reagents and saves reagents. It is suitable for the detection of large-scale samples and is worth popularizing.
