目的研究纤维桩辅桩在前牙残根残冠修复中的效果。方法选择84例患者共142颗需修复的上前患牙,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组85颗患牙,对照组57颗患牙,实验组采用固位增强温控变色石英纤维桩加纤维桩辅桩进行桩核修复,对照组采用固位增强温控变色石英纤维桩修复,观察6~15个月,通过临床和X线检查评价修复体的效果。结果实验组85颗患牙中,所有桩冠无脱落或松动,成功率为100.0%。对照组57颗患牙中,1颗桩冠脱落,3颗桩冠松动,成功率为92.9%。实验组和对照组经卡方检验,两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论固位增强温控变色石英纤维桩加纤维桩辅桩是一种效果良好的前牙残根残冠修复方式。
Objective To study the effect of fiber post-piles in repairing anterior residual root and crown. Methods A total of 142 upper extremities to be repaired in 84 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 85 teeth in experimental group and 57 teeth in control group. The experimental group was treated with retention-enhanced temperature-controlled discoloration quartz fiber The pile plus fiber pile was used for post-core restoration, while the control group was treated with retention-enhanced temperature-controlled silica fiber post. The observation was performed for 6-15 months, and the effect of the restoration was evaluated by clinical and X-ray examination. Results In the experimental group of 85 teeth, all the crowns were free from or loosened, with a success rate of 100.0%. Among 57 teeth in the control group, 1 pile crown fell off and 3 pile crowns were loosened with a success rate of 92.9%. The experimental group and the control group by chi-square test, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Retention enhanced temperature-controlled discoloration quartz fiber pile plus fiber pile is a good effect of anterior residual root residual crown repair.
