目前临床上对糖尿病人优降糖继发失效的治疗方法很多,但仍有很大局限性。为此我们针对糖尿病不同人群,采用小剂量雌激素替代治疗绝经后女性Ⅱ型糖尿病优降糖继发失效,发现其有明显降低血糖作用,现将观察结果报告如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象:36例至少绝经1年以上女性Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,诊断符合WHOⅡ型糖尿病标准,均为优降糖继发失效者。平均年龄58.8岁,平均病程11.3年。均无心、肝、肾及糖尿病急慢性疾患,近期内未服用过任何激素类药物。
At present, there are many treatments for the secondary failure of glyburide in patients with diabetes, but there are still some limitations. To this end, we aimed at different populations of diabetes, the use of small doses of estrogen replacement treatment of postmenopausal women with type II diabetes glyburide secondary failure and found that it significantly reduces blood glucose, the observations are reported below. 1 Subjects and Methods 1.1 Subjects: 36 cases of women with at least 1-year menopause, type II diabetes, the diagnosis consistent with WHO type II diabetes standards, are those who have secondary hypoglycemic failure. The average age of 58.8 years old, the average duration of 11.3 years. No heart, liver, kidney and diabetes, acute and chronic diseases, the recent did not take any hormonal drugs.
