北京大学法学院教授、博士生导师、法学博士。主要研究方向为中国刑法与刑法哲学,提倡一种超越刑法法条之上的终极性思辨即刑法哲学的探讨,以及刑事一体化的法学研究模式。学术兼职:北京大学刑事法理论研究所所长、中国法学会刑法学研究会副会长、中国犯罪学研究会副会长、中国监狱学会副会长、教育部社会科学委员会委员、国家社会科学基金项目学科评审组专家等职。学术成果:
