采用粉末冶金工艺制备了WCp/B4Cp/6063Al复合材料,通过SEM和TEM对复合材料的显微组织进行了表征,研究了热处理工艺对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理能使复合材料的抗拉强度明显增加,与T4热处理相比,T6热处理能使复合材料获得更大的抗拉强度,但材料的伸长率和冲击韧度要小于T4态的。热处理后复合材料的断裂形貌表现为基体合金的韧性断裂、基体和颗粒间的界面脱粘和颗粒断裂现象。热处理后复合材料出现了新的析出相,这有助于提高复合材料的抗拉强度。
WCp / B4Cp / 6063Al composites were prepared by powder metallurgy. The microstructures of WCp / B4Cp / 6063Al composites were characterized by SEM and TEM. The effects of heat treatment on the mechanical properties of composites were investigated. The results show that the tensile strength of the composites can be significantly increased by heat treatment. Compared with the heat treatment of T4, T6 heat treatment can make the composite obtain more tensile strength, but the elongation and impact toughness of the composites are less than that of T4 . The fracture morphology of the composites after heat treatment is the ductile fracture of the matrix alloy, the debonding of the interface between the matrix and the particles and the fracture of the particles. After the heat treatment, a new precipitated phase appeared in the composite, which could improve the tensile strength of the composite.
