本文分析一辆波兰进口的“波罗乃茨”小轿车在短期使用中发生曲轴断裂事故,断轴及有关零件被严重烧伤。其原因是“油泵轴”断裂导致“润滑油泵”失效而产生事故,但曲轴的断裂形式仍为典型疲劳断裂。“油泵轴”断裂原因系制造工艺严重失误。
This article analyzes the crankshaft rupture in a short-term use of a Polish-imported “Polonajec” sedan, severely burnt the severed shaft and related parts. The reason is that the “oil pump shaft” rupture resulted in failure of the “oil pump”, but the type of crankshaft rupture is still a typical fatigue fracture. “Pump shaft ” cause of the fault is a serious manufacturing process error.
