目的:分析研究门诊不合理用药处方情况,同时采取相对应的对策。方法:选取2015年1月-2015年12月的我院门诊处方一共有4500张,对当中的不合理用药处方给予统计,同时采取相对应的对策。结果:在4500张处方当中,存在不合理用药处方一共有216张,占总体的4.8%,不合理使用药物大部分体现在使用药物不当、重复给药、剂量不合理、溶媒应用不当以及配伍不当等相关方面。结论:门诊处分当中存在部分不合理处分书写以及使用药物情况,应给与新处方办法的正确实施以及增强处方管理,对门诊处方使用药物的合理性起到良好的促进作用。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and study the prescriptions of unreasonable prescriptions in outpatient clinics and take the corresponding countermeasures at the same time. Methods: A total of 4 500 outpatient prescriptions were collected from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital. Statistics were given on the prescriptions for unreasonable drug use and corresponding countermeasures were taken. Results: Of the 4,500 prescriptions, there were 216 prescriptions for irrational drug use, accounting for 4.8% of the total. Unreasonable drug use was mainly manifested in improper use of medicines, repeated administration, unreasonable dosage, improper application of solvents, improper compatibility And other related aspects. Conclusion: There are some cases of unreasonable punishment and use of drugs in the outpatient service. The correct implementation of the new prescriptions and prescription management should be given, and the rational use of drugs in outpatient prescriptions should be promoted.
