流动注射分析(Flow Injection Analysis,FIA)是1974年前后J.Ruzicka创立的一种“分秒领域”的高速、高精度,动态分析技术。这种分析技术废弃了连续流动分析(Continuous Flow Analysis,CFA)中用汽泡间隔样品以及必须使化学反应达到平衡状态的要求,从而使分析速度得到大幅度地提高(120—240样/时),其次FIA技术尚有试样用量少(几十至几百微升)、再现性好(平行试验一般偏差±0.5mV)、测定精度高(相对偏差1—2%)、操作手续简便(自动定量吸样自动冲洗电极)和不需昂贵仪器配套等特点。近年来,国外已将FIA技术应用于比色、比浊、离子选择电极和电位滴定等项分析中。我们在进行流动注射比色、比浊分析方法研究的同时,对离子选择电极流动注射分析技术也进行了研究。我们除设计出离子选择电极流动注射分析的实验装置外;还对目前通用的固膜、液膜(离子交换膜)、气敏电极结构进行了改进,使其能更加适用于FIA系统,本文先就自行设计的装配式固膜PCI电极FIA系统做一简要介绍,对液膜、气敏电极的FIA系统也将陆续发表,以期使这一新的测试技术能在各分析领域中得到广泛的应用。

In addition to the design of ion selective electrode flow injection analysis of the experimental device; also the current common solid film, liquid film (ion exchange membrane), gas sensing electrode structure has been improved to make it more suitable for FIA system, this paper first On the self-designed FIA system of fabricated solid-state PCI electrode, a brief introduction is given to the FIA system of liquid film and gas sensor. The new test technology will be widely used in various fields of analysis .
