真实感图形显示是计算机图形学的重要研究方向之一,在实际的工程应用中,提高几何形体显示质量,以增强人机交互性,同样也是 C A D/ C A M 软件追求的重要目标之一。 Open G L 图形库是由 S G I公司开发的高质量的三维真实感图形开发工具,而工程中广为应用的 S T L 格式文件使用三角形面片来表示三维实体模型;基于对 Open G L 以及 S T L 的研究,提出了使用几 何形体模型数据实现真实 感图形显示的总体思路,并给出了基于 Open G L 的 S T L 格式实体的真实 感显示的具体方法及实现 步骤, 依此设计生成了一个相应的显示工具,其显示效果甚佳、渲染速度很快且操作 简单灵活。鉴 于 Open G L 和 S T L 均为所在领域的工业标准之一,该图形显示工具具有一定的实用价值和应用前景
Photorealistic graphics display is one of the important research directions in computer graphics.
