改革开放以来发展至今,售后服务在许多发展成熟的行业里有着举足轻重的地位,但也有一些行业还没有形成系统完善的售后服务体系,当前建材行业还是以粗放型发展为主,建材企业普遍对售后服务重视不够。2008年发生金融危机以后,在危机中逆市上扬、发展更好的代表性建材企业,促使行业内的多数建材企业开始重新认识售后服务以及它对品牌形象传播的重要性。本文重点论述建材企业售后服务的构建问题。
