目的探讨人性化护理服务在骨科护理中的临床应用及效果。方法选取2014年5月至2015年12月接受治疗的骨科患者60例为研究对象,分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施人性化护理模式,对比两组患者的护理满意度及护理整体效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度(93.3%)显著高于对照组(76.7%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组住院时间与对照组相比具有明显优势(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理可有效提高骨科患者的护理满意度,缩短患者住院时间,节约治疗费用,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical application and effect of humanized nursing service in orthopedic nursing. Methods 60 cases of orthopedic patients who were treated from May 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the study group, which were divided into observation group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was treated with humanized nursing Model to compare the two groups of patients satisfaction and nursing care overall effect. Results The nursing satisfaction (93.3%) in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (76.7%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The hospitalization time in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P0.05) . Conclusion Humanized nursing can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of orthopedic patients, shorten the hospitalization time and save the treatment cost, which is worth to be used clinically.
