在简要分析了活塞销冷挤压必要性的基础上，对活塞销冷挤压技术在国内的发展历史及其现状进行了讨论。明确指出妨碍活塞销冷挤压技术在国内推广应用的关键因素是其冷挤压凸模的寿命太短。深入分析了活塞销冷挤压时金属的流动规律，作用在凸模上的力和凸模失效的原因。提出了提高活塞销冷挤压凸模寿命的方法。
Based on a brief analysis of the necessity of piston pin cold extrusion, the development history and current situation of piston pin cold extrusion technology in China are discussed. It is pointed out that the key factor that hinders the popularization and application of piston pin cold extrusion technology in China is that the life of its cold extrusion punch is too short. In-depth analysis of the piston pin cold squeeze metal flow rule, the role of the punch on the punch and punch failure reasons. A method to improve the life of the cold extrusion punch of the piston pin is proposed.
