针对现有蜂窝网络运营中基站能耗过高的问题,提出一种基站休眠算法。该算法首先将网络表示成基站、用户以及他们的连接关系的二部图,在此基础上对用户服务质量和基站节能进行非线性加权得到基站休眠机制,将基站休眠机制与基站常开机制作对比,然后建模为0-1规划模型。仿真结果表明:当采用非线性加权算法选择用户连通性时,不论是在简单蜂窝网络中还是在中继蜂窝网络中,选取适当的加权系数——权值系数,可使中断率和激活基站数达到两者的最优值中,网络的能效有较大的提高。该算法能提高基站节能减排效率,符合中国能源结构的演进趋势。
Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of base station in the existing cellular network operation, a base station dormancy algorithm is proposed. The algorithm first represents the network as a bipartite graph of base stations, users and their connection relations. Based on this, the base station dormancy mechanism is obtained by non-linear weighting of user service quality and base station energy saving. The base station dormancy mechanism is compared with that of the base station , And then modeled as a 0-1 planning model. The simulation results show that when using the non-linear weighted algorithm to select the user connectivity, the appropriate weighting coefficient - weight coefficient can be used in the simple cellular network or in the relayed cellular network so that the interrupt rate and the number of active base stations To reach the optimal value of the two, the energy efficiency of the network has been greatly improved. The algorithm can improve the efficiency of base station energy-saving emission reduction, in line with the evolution of China’s energy structure trend.
