在中国经济高速发展的今天,经济全球化已经成为了一个不可逆转的趋势。研究“一带一路”科学内涵,对其进行科学认识,对于建设开放、包容、普惠、平衡、共赢的经济全球化是非常必要的。“一带一路”的核心内涵是实现资源的高效配置,拓展贸易范围、建立更高水平、更深层次的区域合作关系,促进区域空间的开放与包容。“一带一路”框架包含了与以往经济全球化完全不同的理念,这正是我国丝绸之路文化内涵的体现。本文就以“一带一路”的战略科学内涵与科学认识进行几点具体分析。
