骨密度(bone mineral density)指的是骨骼矿物质密度,是骨强度的一个重要标志。骨密度也是骨质量的一个重要标志,临床上对骨密度的测量用来反映骨质疏松程度,是预测骨折危险性的重要依据。近些年,运动训练对骨密度的影响引起体育界的广泛关注,成为体育科学领域研究的重要课题之一。随着科学技术的发展,骨密度无损测量方法逐渐增多。文章对骨密度的测量方法和适用的检测部位进行阐述,运动训练与骨密度的测量有何意义进行论述。
Bone mineral density refers to the density of bone mineral and is an important indicator of bone strength. Bone mineral density is also an important symbol of bone quality. The clinical measurement of bone density is used to reflect the degree of osteoporosis, which is an important basis to predict the risk of fracture. In recent years, the impact of exercise training on bone mineral density has aroused widespread concern in the sports world, becoming one of the important topics in the field of sports science research. With the development of science and technology, the method of nondestructive measurement of bone mineral density gradually increases. This article describes the measurement methods of bone mineral density and the applicable test sites, and discusses the significance of exercise training and measurement of bone mineral density.
