Objective To investigate the significance of changes of myocardial enzymes after neonatal asphyxia and its clinical value. Methods 100 cases of neonatal asphyxia in children within 24h after birth, and 7d after treatment Apgar score and serum myocardial enzymes were detected, the results were compared, 24h, as control group, postpartum 7d was observed group. Results Compared with the control group, the Apgar score in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (t = 4.16, P <0.05), and the differences were statistically significant. The creatine kinase, creatine kinase isoenzyme, Hydrogenase, α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase and aspartate aminotransferase in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (t = 4.55,5.67,4.29,4.89,5.23, P <0.05). Conclusions The changes of myocardial enzymes in neonates with asphyxia can detect myocardial damage early and treat them as early as possible, which is of great significance to reduce apgar score of asphyxia neonates.
