供水管网系统中,因阀门密封盘根影响造成阀门漏水是经常遇到的问题。由于供水阀门一般情况不经常启闭,阀体内外锈蚀现象严重,阀杆密封填料磨损、损失或老化,引起阀门漏水,维修时要将旧填料剔除,重新更换新填料。目前,传统的阀门填料有石棉绳盘根、油浸棉纱盘根、阀型橡胶密封圈等,但多存在不耐用、易老化等现象,使用寿命短,往往时间不长就要更换,大大增加了维修养护的工作量。我单位使用胶性膨胀石墨环作为阀杆密封填充材料,实践证明该填料环使用较好,解决了以上问题。具体作法如下:
