高速公路路基施工中强夯法技术研究

针对高速公路多变的地质施工条件,提出强夯法避免路基沉积现象发生。首先对强夯法进行介绍,尤其是其适用条件、工作原理等,保证施工设备合理。其次进行试验分析,布置强夯试验点,标定夯击次数及地基受影响深度,夯击后及时记录,提取样本数据,探究强夯后路基静力触探值变化比较。最后对现场施工人员数量及各自责任明确,提高施工质量的同时,保证施工效率,全面制定相对完善的施工方案。 Aiming at the changing geological condition of expressway, this paper puts forward the method of dynamic compaction to avoid the subgrade sedimentation. First, the introduction of dynamic compaction method, especially its applicable conditions, working principle, to ensure that the construction equipment is reasonable. Secondly, the test and analysis were carried out. The dynamic compaction test points, the number of calibrated compaction and the affected depths of the foundation were arranged. After the compaction, timely recording and extraction of the sample data were carried out to investigate the comparison of the changes of the dynamic penetrant value of subgrade after compaction. Finally, the number of on-site construction workers and their respective responsibilities clear, improve the quality of construction at the same time, to ensure the construction efficiency, comprehensively develop a relatively complete construction program.
