针对中职学校班主任工作的重要性,在本次研究中以“五心”过“五关”管理形式为基础,结合具体教学形式的要求,对如何提升班主任工作效果进行分析。
According to the importance of the work of headteachers in secondary vocational schools, based on the management style of “Five Hearts” and “Five Levels” in this study, the author analyzes how to improve the effectiveness of headteachers based on the requirements of specific teaching forms.
