本文根据取12组混凝土芯样的试验数据结果分析,对不同端面处理后的抗压强度计算方法进行了研究,重获分析了直径和强度等级的影响。结果表明,高径比为1:1的混凝土芯样经端面磨平处理后的试验数据与同条件养护标准立方体试块杭压强度最接近。试验数据为DG/TJ 08-2020-2007标准提供了理论依据。最后,在试验的基础上,提出了混凝土芯样抗压强度换算公式及端面处理系数的建议。
Based on the analysis of the experimental data of 12 samples of concrete core samples, the calculation methods of compressive strength after different end-face treatments are studied, and the influence of the diameter and the strength grade is regained. The results show that the compressive strength of the concrete core sample with aspect ratio of 1: 1 is the closest to that of the standard curing cubes with the same conditions. The experimental data provided a theoretical basis for the DG / TJ 08-2020-2007 standard. Finally, on the basis of the experiment, the formula of compressive strength of concrete core sample and the treatment coefficient of end face are put forward.
