目的探讨经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中上段结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析126例输尿管中上段结石的临床资料,其中单侧104例,双侧22例,结石长径0.6～2.3 cm。结果手术成功率为87%,5例改开放手术,11例几乎未碎石即上移入肾孟,平均手术时间36 min(15～85 min)。术后3个月复查,结石排净率为82.5%,肾积水不同程度好转。结论经尿道输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管中上段结石安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods A retrospective analysis of 126 cases of upper ureteral calculi clinical data, including unilateral 104 cases, bilateral in 22 cases, the long diameter of stones 0.6 ~ 2.3 cm. Results The success rate of operation was 87%, 5 cases changed to open operation, and 11 cases almost did not move into kidney and kidney. The average operation time was 36 min (15 ~ 85 min). 3 months after the review, the stone drain rate was 82.5%, hydronephrosis improved in varying degrees. Conclusions Transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is safe and effective in treating the upper ureteral calculi.
